Shipping Information:
For US deliveries, our standard delivery method is USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, except for patterns. Patterns are mailed first class and shipping is included with the price. If requested, overnight delivery can be accommodated. Call for pricing.
For international deliveries postage will be calculated, and you will be notified by email, before order is processed.

Delivery time:
Patterns mail within 3 business days from receipt of payment. Downloadable pattern links will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment.
All other orders are custom, please allow 7 - 10 days for production (plus shipping time), from receipt of payment. If there are any unforeseen delays, such as with suppliers, you will be notified immediately via the email address or phone number you provide. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Returned Check Policy: $30 charge on all returned items.
Satisfied Customers: If you're satisfied with your order, we're happy campers. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days after receipt and we will work with you to achieve a solution. Please ensure the proper spelling of names for personalized items before ordering. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges or return postage for returned items.
